LEARNING TO FAIL FORWARD - 3 BEST STRATEGIES

Is it possible for someone to fail forward? Looks like a really negative thought to me.
In order to succeed in life, in business, it is important to put failures behind you. This is because the most successful men and women in the world are the ones who have learnt to "fail forward".

Have you failed in your business, education or several other responsibilities? Has every thing you have tried been a big disappointment? Have you sailed from one business opportunity to another and yet the result is a big loss? Congratulations - welcome to the real world.
It is not possible to appreciate prosperity, beauty or tallness without a fair sense of poverty, ugliness or shortness.
Likewise, failure is a naturally imposed ability to learn new ways of doing the same thing you once failed at.

Learning From One's Own Mistakes
If a network marketer fails in a business and admits that something is wrong, the first thing would be to set aside all forms of distraction, make a lot of sacrifices and try to explore what has gone wrong. Questions to ask would include: Did I fail because I am trying to re-invent an already established wheel? Have I had enough training? etc. If these questions are answered and addressed, it is highly likely that the person would have learnt the great lessons of failing forward and success then becomes second nature.

Learning From Other People's Mistakes
It is also possible to learn to fail forward by learning from other people's failures and refusing to go down the road they went. This would save the trauma of being burnt. Observing the mistakes made by others and trying hard not to repeat the same mistakes is a good way to go. However, how many of us learn from other people's mistakes?

Next Steps
You could carry out a post-mortem of the situation. Try and find out what led to the failure. What went wrong? Speak to others and go over their opinion on where things went wrong and learn from this.
It is important to be true to oneself, to admit that one has failed, but if advice is sought and taken on board, it is very possible to "fail forward" by changing the way things are done.
Ask others who admit that they failed forward previously what they did to get out of that dark place and succeed.
So if you are ready to learn from your past mistakes and change the way you have done things in the past, the tips shared will make a difference.

I await your comments.
